For optimal pain relief, apply St. Jude’s Miracle Oil down the spine starting at the neck. SJMO works best undiluted, however it is recommended to test in a small area first, if irritation occurs, mix with a drop of carrier oil. SJMO can also be applied directly to the site of pain or swelling. Do not use around the eyes or mouth, or on or near your genitals.
For relief of anxiety or allergies, after applying the oil, cup your hand over your nose and mouth and breathe deeply for one minute.
For headaches, including migraines, apply SJMO to the base of the neck near the jawline, cup your hand over your nose and mouth and breathe deeply for one minute.
SJMO can be applied directly to broken skin, cuts, wounds and burns without stinging. The oils are antimicrobial, antibacterial and helps to seal and heal wounds.
Directions: Test on a small area of skin first. Dilute 3 drops St. Jude’s oil with 1 drop of olive oil. Apply to feet, hands or general area of pain.
